The item can be returned within 28 days of receipt if the packaging has not been opened.  There is a 1 year warranty on electrical manufacturer's defects, where we will fix or replace parts.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will pay shipping costs when sending repaired item out.
