The 4 Lamp Near Infrared Heating Unit is built in accordance with Dr Lawrence Wilson's (author of Sauna Therapy) specifications and recommendations. The 4 Lamp Heating Unit produces greater warmth and comes with 4 x 250 watts Infrared lamps. It can be purchased on its own or as part of a Complete Near Infrared Sauna.

Ultra-low EMF incandescent (tungsten) heat lamps providing near infrared light and heat emission. The unit contains 4 x 250 watts near infrared wavelengths, providing gentle sauna sweat therapy with natural and effective mitochondrial stimulation and other benefits associated with NIR thermal therapy. Handcrafted in the UK, the unit is designed to hang off of a hook. It can be used on its own, inside our Housing Unit as part of our Complete Sauna, inside a far-infrared or other cabinet-style sauna.
